conducting mandatory KYC/AML customer due diligence and ongoing monitoring as required under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (Cap. 615) and SINDA's TCSP licence conditions;
complying with all applicable legal, regulatory, and licensing obligations, including reporting obligations to the Registrar of Companies and law enforcement authorities;
processing payments for services;
internal record-keeping and administration;
improving and developing our Website and service offerings;
communicating with you regarding your account, Orders, Engagement Letters, and services; and
sending you marketing communications about SINDA's services where you have given consent or where we rely on the soft opt-in basis described in Clause 6 below.

Even if we delete your Data from our active systems, it may persist on backup or archival media for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes for the applicable retention period.
