Refund Policy

You have 14 (fourteen) calendar days (the Statutory Period) from the date you purchased our services online to cancel them and be eligible for a refund.

If you cancel your services once the order has been submitted and we have not started working on your order and the order is within the statutory period, you may request a refund of the fees you paid to us. Any request for a refund has to be made before the end of the Statutory Period, otherwise, you will not be entitled to a refund.

To request a refund, please contact us at customerservice@sindacorporation.com . In this case, the services you have with us will come to an end on the date of cancellation.

A refund will not be given for cancellation requests after 14 calendar days from the date of purchase or where we have started working on providing the product or service.

For the avoidance of doubt, a failure to supply due diligence information, to obtain or supply professional advice if requested or to complete any Agreement will be treated as a decision by you not to proceed with us and will be deemed as non-compliant with the due diligence process. No refund will be given as a result of you not being compliant with our due diligence policy, which is required by law.

We retain full discretion which will be exercised reasonably over whether to refund any element of the Engagement Fee if Engagement does not proceed for any reason outside of your control e.g. changes in law or regulation or the receipt of advice which prevents you from proceeding with the Engagement.
